For the production of aspheres we use most modern CNC machinery
and measurement
techniques.
The single production steps are in short:
- grinding
- measuring
- polishing
- measuring with interferometer
- final surface inspection and quality control .
Aspheres, free forms,
parabolic reflectors, and axicons
We produce
different aspheric, optic components. Besides "classical"
aspheres, we produce spherical mirrors of different
surface forms (from parabolic to elliptic), free forms,
and axicons made from different materials.
